Every member of the team from the front desk to the dental assistants and the dentist worked together seamlessly to make each visit a positive experience. I already had a nice smile, but thanks to Riverwood Dentists, I now have a healthy smile too. I am incredibly grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care. Awesome first time experience at Riverwood Dental! The folks in the building lobby will help you find the suite if you get turned around like I did! Appointment was right on time and straightforward. They were transparent with pricing upfront and promptly verified insurance prior to the appointment. Gabby and Dr. Faulkner were very gentle and thorough with the exam/imaging/etc, and the view from the office was such a plus.

My experience here was amazing. As someone who has a fear of coming to the dentist I can say I was tested so kind and with patience. I was warmly greeted by Mya and Gabby, Sharon was so pleasant making me feel comfortable during my procedure and Dr. Faulkner was so kind and patient. My first visit to Riverwood Dental was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. The technology was very advanced, and I truly felt like my dental health was in great hands. They completed a thorough cancer screening, an excellent healthy cleaning, and quick X-rays. The staff took their time to ensure the X-rays were captured at the perfect angle and never made me feel rushed. The office itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, and the view of Atlanta from the chair was an unexpected bonus, making the visit even more relaxing. My boyfriend is already ready to switch to this office as well!
