Having grown up and lived in NY up until recently, Dr. Sharon Lee is excited to finally live in and learn about the Atlanta community to provide compassionate dental care locally. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Cornell University and her postgraduate degree at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where she was heavily involved with the American Student Dental Association and their dental advocacy efforts for providers and patient populations. She completed residency at Northwell Health Hospital/LIJ with a focus on root canals and extensive crown/bridgework followed by working in private practice for several years on Long Island and Manhattan before moving to the South to join her longtime boyfriend.
She enjoys participating in outreach efforts and has been volunteering with Remote Area Medical to provide free dental care in the South for several years. Outside of the office, Dr. Lee enjoys swimming, becoming more consistent with going to the gym, and playing the cello. She’s looking forward to discovering more about exciting places in Atlanta (all recommendations welcome!) and to helping more patients become more comfortable in understanding and managing their own dental health and smiles.
